Bajra Window

This is a magnificent wooden traditional Newari window of Nepal hand carved by veteran of traditional wood carver. The window is our design inspired from ancient newari windows.

The sliding portion of the window in the middle is carved with Vajra (ritual weapon symbolizing the properties of diamond) and Kalasha (auspicious pot) with openings along side of the carvings to let the fresh air and lighting to pass through. The window jamb is carved with traditional newari patterns along with the kung sru (flying lion) on the either side of window jamb and
